The safety and well-being of our guests, employees, and business partners are important and the priorities as we pass through this unprecedented period of COVID-19. We, therefore, wish to communicate below, the exceptional hygiene measures put in place as well as our extended cancellation policy:

- Modification of our food and drink services favoring "contactless"
Please note that until further notice from Public Health, the daily Housekeeping service will no longer be offered. However, should you need any item such as a fresh towel and toiletries, this can be delivered to your room upon request. In addition, the daily turndown service, which included the handcrafted chocolate has as well been suspended.
A continental breakfast will be included with your stay, completely free of charge, in a lunch box format, including: a pastry, coffee or tea or hot chocolate, juice and yogurt. Some items may vary depending on the day. Please note that the Hotel does not currently offer a gluten-free, vegan, kosher or allal version of the breakfast. No discount is offered if you do not consume breakfast. Not applicable for group of 10 or more. This offer may end without notice. The Hotel will honor reservations made which have confirmation of breakfast included.
Please note that until further notice, the hotel's Valet Parking service is not offered. The outdoor parking of the hotel is available to our guests as a self-parking service for 28$ CAD/night, with the unlimited in-and-out privilege. Parking place are not guaranteed in advance and works upon a first-arrived-first-served formula.
Please note that until further notice, the hotel's restaurant is temporarely closed. We encourage our client to use the most common food delivery apps for in-room dinning. Our front office staff will make a pleaasure to assisting you with Old Montreal best take-out options near by the hotel.
Valet and Luggage
Please note that until further notice from local public health authorities, the valet and luggage service is not offered.

*Please take note that wearing a mask or face covering that covers the nose and mouth will also be mandatory in enclosed or partially enclosed public places from July 18, 2020 for people age 12 and over.
