Quebec-born Chef Annie Kwan is a talented chef trained in French cuisine, but specialised in Japanese and other Asian cuisines for the past 10 years. She sources produce such as blue fin tuna directly from Japan to create an exceptionally flavourful menu. Annie previously worked in kitchens at Blossom and Jatoba, two of Montreal's most famous Japanese restaurants.

Enjoy a buffet of local favourites: freshly brewed Café Brossard coffee, St-Viateur bagels, and a selection of Quebec charcuterie and cheeses. Our à la carte suits any fancy, with rotating specials such as salmon quiche, avocado toast, or eggs and bacon cooked to your liking.
